چکیده
Practically, every processing technology deals with complex multi-phase flows and predicting the fluid flow behavior is crucial for these processes. Current study discusses application of a mesh-less numerical methodology, i.e. Incompressible Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (ISPH) to investigate different systems. This work presented in coherent way increasing test problem difficulties their concerned physical complexities. A wide range problems including Laplace’s law, bubble rising, suspension under an external electric field are considered code validation purpose, while results manifest very good accordance experimental theoretical data. Finally, we show effectiveness using controlling such as Couette electrical permittivity conductivity ratios. It noted that Electrohydrodynamics (EHD) effect on suspended droplet case simulated first time SPH method.

The water wave generation by wave paddle and a freely falling rigid body are examined by using an Incompressible Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (ISPH). متن کاملIncompressible smoothed particle hydrodynamics
We present a smoothed particle hydrodynamic model for incompressible fluids. As opposed to solving a pressure Poisson equation in order to get a divergence-free velocity field, here incompressibility is achieved by requiring as a kinematic constraint that the volume of the fluid particles is constant. We use Lagrangian multipliers to enforce this restriction. These Lagrange multipliers play the...
متن کاملModelling aerated flows with smoothed particle hydrodynamics
Modelling aerated flows is a complex application of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) since the interfaces between air and water change rapidly. In this work, the simulation of aerated flows with the smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method is investigated with a focus towards the application in engineering practice. To prove the accuracy of the method, the processes of air entrainment and...
